Hey guys
THANKS but........... it's frustrating the hell out of me.
My mum (who is a machinist by trade) reckons the machine is a bit faulty as it keeps cocking up and I'm following all instructions properly.

Hiya guys
I've had the most rollercoaster of emotions this week - this machine adding to it hugely.
I spoke to a local company in Newcastle who sells this machine who gave me amazing advice and clearly let meknow that IT WASN'T ME, it was the machine.
My Mum (who is the registered customer) rung the shop where she purchased it from (based in London) who were extremely rude. Anyway to cut a HUGE story short, she rung Brother direct AND a new machine is being sent out on Monday.
