Well girls - as some of you know - I bit the bullet approx 2.5 months ago and bought a home machine embroidery set-up!
Cost me £695 and I then had to buy the software too which was £220 and I have to say, for a good while I wasn't sure if I'd done the right thing until within the last month or so.

I was enjoying what I was doing BUT wasn't seeing "proof of the pudding" regarding making my money back.

I've been really relying on friends/family/facebookers etc to make suggestions on new things to try that they MAY purchase as a bit of market research really....

I've been regularly popping things on ebay and I have to say that although the sales haven't been brilliant from there, I've had orders from ebayers but not by a sale on ebay! They have approached me via the "Contact Seller" and asked me to do certain things (mainly towels and bridal hankies)....
I was blown away by my recent order.... 100 Embroidered Hand Towels!!!!

So, I'm currently ploughing away at doing those and I'm doing them MUCH faster than I actually thought (wouldn't of though if I didn't buy the additional hoop for the machine, meaning that I can have a towel ready to pop on once one has finished being embroidered!).

Some of you guys have bought stuff from me too - which I want to thank you for. It did give me the boost that I needed.

One of the best sellers is the Baby Fleece Blankets:-

And the babygrows with matching Bibs:-

Thanks to Adel, I now do Hankerchiefs... in particular Bridal ones too:-

- There's a swarovski crystal on this hankie too right above the 'i' in JOSIE.
and here is the matching towel to go with the above:-

I have now sourced pet fleece plankets so going to give that a try (who knows).....

Also, I want to try my hand a kiddies gym bags... matching pencil cases.... makeup bags. Not too sure how they're going to work out though.

Really, I wanted to just let you know one of the MANY reasons (as you know quite a few of the others) as to why I have been quite 'distant' and allucid on here recently.

You're doing a fab job Mrs and they seem to be going down really well!

My bro and his GF LOVED the fleece blanket for Lucy.

There's no pic, but the cats are called Cleo and Molly, just their names would be lovely.

Many thanks!!
