We're not starting to decorate the nursery until after the 20 week scan but I did buy a canvas for it today because I couldn't resist - so cute!

Well here's a thread to keep up with the bump! I'm going to try and remember to do it every Sunday to see when I start to show!

Today at 13+1, I just look fat:

Scan went well, there's definitely a baby in there! I've been dated forward two days so I'm now 12+3.

Scan pics are poor. I had to go loo before the scan because I could barely walk with the full bladder so didn't have enough time to fill it back up. No issues - heard the heartbeat. All in all very relieved!!!

We had a private scan at 8 weeks, we booked it the day after our BFP so have known about it for 4 weeks we just wanted to keep it quiet.

So introducing Baby G

"She's" measuring perfectly and we got to see the heartbeat, feet, arms, eyes etc - just a perfect baby but really small

ooh also she showed us the start of the placenta, the baby was still using ...

Over the next few weeks (hopefully), I'm going to be doing a HUGE clearout of all of the crafty things I've purchased over the years. MOST have NEVER been used and are still in the packaging. I need to sell them on to make room and to make some £££ too.

I don't know if ANY of you would be interested, whether you do crafty things etc.

Let me know, and what type of things you would use so when I come to doing this I can let you know

Well girls - as some of you know - I bit the bullet approx 2.5 months ago and bought a home machine embroidery set-up!
Cost me £695 and I then had to buy the software too which was £220 and I have to say, for a good while I wasn't sure if I'd done the right thing until within the last month or so.

I was enjoying what I was doing BUT wasn't seeing "proof of the pudding" regarding making my money back.

I've been really relying on friends/family/facebookers etc to make suggestions ...

I have my laptop back from the repair shop and I am so happy they managed to save half my hard drive and the bits they saved were the video footage of Dad (project I have been working on for too many months) and all the old pictures I have scanned from photographs.

I am very happy!!!
